Our obligation is to deliver contracted services professionally and in accordance with industry standards — not to guarantee any particular business outcome.
Our services involve third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), GoHighLevel, Stripe, and others. PalmerX Media LLC does not own, control, or guarantee the availability, policies, or performance of these platforms.
Changes to third-party platform policies, algorithms, or terms of service that affect service delivery are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of our service agreement. Advertising spend on Meta or any other platform is billed directly by that platform and is entirely separate from our fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PalmerX Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
